I was tired of going to the gym everyday and wanted an elliptical at my house, but I didn't have much room in my home or my budget. With its compact size and very affordable price the ProForm 450 was a perfect fit for me. The machine also had everything an elliptical at a gym would have. It keeps track of my time, speed, calories, distance and more. It is also very easy to use. I just get on and start going, then I choose the program that best fits what I want to accomplish that day. The console is very easy to see and understand and I just push a button if I want to make the resistance to go up or down. It also comes with a fan that keeps me cool while I am sweating to keep in shape.
