6 Personal Trainer Workouts, 2 Heart Rate Workouts

The 850 comes with 6 Personal Trainer workouts that automatically adjust the resistance of the elliptical to focus on aerobic, weight loss, or performance goals. It also includes 2 "Heart Rate" workouts that help you stay in the right training zone by automatically increasing the resistance when you need to raise your heart rate and decreasing the resistance when you need to lower it.

Pacing Coach

The Pacing Coach lights up to let you know when you need to work a little harder or when you need to slow down so you can always make the most of your exercise time.

To help you work out longer and more comfortably, this elliptical has a workout fan built right into the console.
