I have been completely impressed with my new treadmill that I bought from ProForm.com. I was looking for a treadmill that was affordable and would last me a long time. The 5.5 Crosstrainer has been that machine. It is a very sturdy and durable machine that has all the functions I wanted on an easy to read console. I have been trying to loose some weight and this treadmill keeps track of how many calories I burn while I am on it as well as giving me an eating guide to follow. This has really made it simple for me to keep track of how many calories I burn as opposed to what I eat. Knowing that makes it a lot easier to reach my weight loss goals. There are also plenty of workouts on this machine that keeps me excited to get back on the treadmill every day.
