The Pro-Soft on this treadmill reduces the pain in my knees and lower back. I am able to work out longer without all the pain. The movable arms help me get more of a full body workout. I am able to work my upper body while walking and losing weight. It motivates me to keep going because I can feel it working. This is a great full body workout treadmill!
I ordered this machine just to be able to walk and get in shape but what I got was a lot more. The work out programs are designed to help work your whole body. My arms are in better shape than I would have ever expected. The cushioning is great! I can use this machine and when I get off my joints don't hurt like they do on other machines. This machine is worth every penny!
When this machine was delivered it was not working properly. I called the Customer Service hotline and the representative was able to send the parts and a technician to my home to fix the machine. Its great not to have to ship back the machine to get it fixed. This machine has helped me and my spouse get in better health and shed off the pounds.
As I am working out on the treadmill, I like to be able to see my progress. The console displays everything that I need to see in order to keep going. The heart rate monitor built in the grips is so convenient to make sure that my heart rate stays high enough to burn off the calories. This treadmill has all the features I need to do a good workout without burning a hole in my pocket.
